Basically I recommend this site:

There is a search option near the top, so scroll down through all the titles until u reach ''.and more titles in the manga directory'' (its the last one). Then u should click on ''show options''. There r options there, but do not fill anything out (unless u want something specific) except the [ ] boxes that say yaoi and/or shouen ai. Click enter, & WALA!: Yaoi. :3
Oh, & I recommed Loveless if u have not read it. Gravitation aswell.
Not all yaoi titles appear if u click both yaoi & shouen ai at the same time, so make sure to search them individually too!
